Whilst we do take care and pride in personally checking over every item before it is wrapped and sent, Lapia Love cannot be held responsible for items once they are in transit.

Lapia Love is not liable for any damage caused by third parties.

For extra security though, all of our orders include Signature on Delivery and Postage Insurance (Postage Insurance is available for domestic shipping within Australia only). This means that all of our orders must be signed for by you (the buyer) when they are delivered. It also means that if your product arrives damaged due to handling in transit, you will be eligible to make a claim at your nearest corporate Australia Post office*.

International Shipping

For any and all international orders, Lapia Love is not responsible for any costs you may incur from your countries customs laws/regulations. 

It is your (the buyer) responsibility to ensure you correctly follow your countries customs laws/regulations and requirements. 

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds and exchanges will not be given for change of mind. 

As each of our products are personally and thoroughly checked before being sent, we can guarantee you will not be sent a product with a fault. Due to Merino wool being a natural fibre, some perceived imperfections are simply a characteristic. If however you have a concern with your product, please send us clear images within 2 business days of receiving your item for us to assess and see if we can give advice. 

Merino Wool has a natural elasticity, therefore slight size variations are not considered a fault.

Colour can be depicted differently on different monitor/phone screens, therefore colour variation is not considered a fault. 

All of our products are vacuum sealed for the duration of postage, you may notice a slight odour when you first open the bag. This is a natural smell of wool and once it has been opened and left to air out will dissipate. This is not considered a fault. 

Please select your items and colours carefully as once your order has been posted, no refunds or exchanges will be given. 

If you believe there is a fault or damage to the product due to shipping/handling, you must submit your own damage insurance claim at your nearest corporate Australia Post office. Lapia Love cannot be held responsible for any product once it is in transit, nor any damage caused by third parties. It is your (the buyer) responsibility to check the terms and conditions of Australia Post upon making a damage claim with them. 

By making a purchase with Lapia Love, you accept these terms and conditions. 

*If your parcel does arrive damaged, it is your (the buyer) responsibility to take the parcel and the packaging to your nearest corporate Australia Post office as per Australia Post's requirements. It will then be up to Australia Post's discretion as to whether or not your claim is going to be approved, therefore Lapia Love cannot be held responsible for the outcome of the damage insurance claim.
