Can I order a custom colour?
Yes, we have over 100 colours and shades of wool that we can use. Please contact us directly for more information and please note that there may be an extra fee.
How will my product be sent?
All of our products are placed in a vacuum sealable bag to shrink the item for easy postage. This does not effect our products so don't be alarmed at how small it is when it arrives. When you receive your item (particularly the blankets) simply give it a vigorous shake to air it out and it will fluff up again.
How long will it take for my product to arrive?
If the product you order is in stock, we will send it out within 2 business days of receiving full payment.
Please then for domestic delivery allow (as per Australia Post's delivery timetable); 3 business days for Perth Metropolitan areas, 5 business days for country locations within WA, 7 business days between capital cities and 10 business days for interstate county towns. Please remember that these are simply guidelines and delays can occur in postal services that are out of our control. All items posted include tracking, so you will be able to see where it is at all times.

How long will it take for a custom order or if the colour I want is out of stock?
We will always do our best to have a product available to our customers in a timely manner. However, depending on what you have requested please allow an extra 2-4 weeks for custom orders or if your chosen colour is out of stock. If the estimated time is expected to be any longer or there is an unexpected delay, we will communicate this to you at the time. We do our best to ensure that all of our advertised colours are in stock at all times.
